• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with AML record-keeping requirements under Philippine law;
• KYC Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later;
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with BSP and AMLC record-keeping rules;
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication;
• Technical & Log Data: Generally retained for twelve (12) months unless required for longer in connection with a security investigation or legal proceeding;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of the consent and for three (3) years after withdrawal, to demonstrate compliance.

jldd employs age verification measures at the point of registration and during KYC processes to prevent underage individuals from accessing the Platform. If we discover or are notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and void any transactions or balances associated with that account.

jldd primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. However, some of our technology suppliers, game providers, and fraud prevention partners may be located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jldd ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with NPC guidelines and the Data Privacy Act, including:

• Contractual clauses in data processing and data sharing agreements that impose obligations equivalent to those under Philippine law;

jldd may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform services.
