jldd Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jldd ("jldd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jldd.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of the jldd website, mobile applications, games, promotions, payment services, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the jldd Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full;

jldd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Submission of false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

To access real-money games and services on jldd, you must register a player account. Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

jldd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account);
• Any additional documents requested by our compliance team in accordance with applicable law.

jldd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account access pending successful completion of KYC verification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period may be closed in accordance with Section 11.

All financial transactions on the jldd Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jldd supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay;
• Online Banking: BDO, BPI, Metrobank via InstaPay and PESONet;
• Over-the-Counter: 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Palawan Express.

Deposits are credited to your jldd account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jldd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform's banking page;
• jldd targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary during peak periods;
• Bank transfers via InstaPay are generally processed within one (1) banking hour; PESONet transfers follow Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) clearing schedules;
• jldd reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

jldd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms in addition to these Terms.

The following general principles apply to all jldd bonuses and promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's terms;
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jldd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;

• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts;
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically;
• Abuse: jldd actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage betting, and exploitation of software errors. Any such activity will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

jldd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, jldd's decision shall be final.

All games available on the jldd Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or dedicated information page. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

jldd is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. To this end:

jldd reserves the right to void any wager or game result where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jldd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games;
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game through illegal means;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jldd staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

All content on the jldd Platform — including but not limited to the jldd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of jldd or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without jldd's express written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Use jldd's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised;
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically collect information from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of jldd's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal liability under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and other applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jldd's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jldd account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jldd shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, power failures, or telecommunications disruptions;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jldd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

jldd provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via the responsible gaming section of your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders and hard limits on your gaming session duration;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of your session duration and net gaming balance;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

jldd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by you with your payment provider;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority;
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), jldd reserves the right to withhold and forfeit your account balance. Where account closure is initiated by jldd for reasons other than breach, any verified remaining balance net of applicable bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jldd customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

jldd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jldd will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum period of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jldd, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jldd customer support. jldd commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to game outcomes, jldd's system logs and game records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the events in question.
